Morning Meditation: Success.
In five quick and quiet minutes each morning you can set your conscious intention for the day. Be alone, say your intention out loud and then take a full breath to relax into a few minutes of silent reflection on it. Try this one:
Today, I am the person I dream of being. All the good habits I hope to develop are already a part of my life and I am already enjoying the fruits of conscious living. My success is like a good breeze. My sails are full and I move easily toward my new horizon.
